The evil Dr. Weelo (pronounced like Willow) is a huge brain living as a machine.  He's revived thanks to the Dragonballs.  He kidnaps Master Roshi and Bulma and takes control of Piccolo.  Goku rushes to the rescue and Gohan and Krillin tag along.

Review: The teamwork that Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan use on Dr. Weelo reminds me of the Saiyan storyline, when Yamcha, Tien and Chiao-Tzu were killed by Nappa and the Namek storyline.  A little redundant but great none-the-less.

Action Level: 5/5
I shouldn't have to tell you guys why.

Romance Level: 0/5
I have yet to see a DB-Z movie with any sort of romance in it.

Comedy Level: 2/5
The opening with Gohan and Oolong at the south pole was pretty funny.

Adult Level: 2/5
Naked Goku (shivers)

Drama Level: 4/5
The anger Gohan demonstrates when he finds out that Piccolo is under Dr. Weelo's control was nothing short of Shakespearean

Overall Level: 3/5
Pretty good, but this is becoming redundant.
