In the distant Sarbylion Galaxy, there exists an organization called the DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises or D.I.C.E. for short.  Basically they're a rescue company who travel around the galaxy helping people from disasters both natural and not.  This is the story of the D.I.C.E. team aboard Fortress F-99, which is made up entirely of children.

Review: This is originally better than I expected it to be.  The Dinobreakers (the dinosaur/vehicles D.I.C.E. uses) are very cool.  Of course it's still a kid's show so don't expect much originality.  Still, the characters are interesting and the plot, once it gets going, is exciting.

Action Level: 4/5
Mostly just the Dinobreakers battling the elements and each other.  Not a whole lot of people fighting.

Romance Level: 3/5
You really have to look, but they show hints of affection.  Of course, considering how there are only two female members in the series... well... particularly, keep an eye on the Captain Tak and his second-in-command, Marsha.  I'm writing a fanfic.  :-)

Comedy Level: 3/5
Jet is your typical hot-headed action man which means most of the comedy (and heroism) will fall on his shoulders.

Adult Level: 1/5
It's a kid's show, but I'm still hoping.

Drama Level: 3/5
It doesn't get very dramataic at first, but towards the end, phew, you'd think you were watching .hack//sign.

Overall Level: 4/5
This has great potential and fun for all anime fans.  Too bad they aimed it towards kids.
